Draft for review. These terms are written in plain language and are being reviewed with legal advice before launch. The formal legal terms (such as liability, governing law, and how disputes are handled) will be added by our legal team.

Terms of use

The basics of using RAISE-Me. Last updated: draft.

What RAISE-Me is

RAISE-Me is an AI-powered learning and career-readiness product. It assesses what you already know, teaches you interactively, quizzes you, and helps you get ready for the roles you are aiming for. It is a training product of D-Ready.

Using the service

Please use RAISE-Me for your own learning, keep your login details safe, and do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

The AI can be wrong

Lessons, answers, and other content are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Where we cite a source, check important facts against it. RAISE-Me is a learning aid. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career advice, and it does not guarantee a job or any particular outcome.

Certificates

Any certificate or report shows skills you have demonstrated inside the product. It is a record of verified practice, not an accredited or formal qualification.

Whoever issued a certificate may withdraw it if the practice behind it turns out not to be genuine, including where a parent or guardian contact was not really theirs. Anyone checking a withdrawn certificate is told that it was withdrawn. We do not withdraw one automatically: it is a decision by the tutor or organisation that issued it, or by us.

Parent and guardian contacts

If you ask us to send progress to a parent or guardian, we email that address a code to check it works, and your tutor separately confirms who they are. Both checks must pass before anything is sent. The contact you give must genuinely be your parent or guardian. If it is not, reports stop and any certificate from that course may be withdrawn as described above.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your CV. You give us permission to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy summary.

Availability

The service is provided as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times, especially during this early period as we build and improve it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of RAISE-Me means you accept the current version.
